Please be informed that OSSMET protects your personal data in a manner fully compliant with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("RODO"). With a view to our obligations under the RODO, we kindly inform you:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Ossmet spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its seat in Kobylnica (62 - 006) at ul. Poznańska 79, NIP: 7773252322, KRS: 0000573091, REGON: 361913608, e-mail address: biuro@ossmet.com.pl.
2. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of the goods production order entrusted to the Administrator and the sales contract concluded with the Administrator as a result of the order. By entering into such an agreement with the Administrator, you agree to the Administrator's processing of your personal data provided in the order for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.
3. Your personal data is stored on the premises of Ossmet spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Kobylnica at ul. Poznańska 79 and ul. Dąbrówki 1, 62 - 006 Kobylnica.
4. In the case of ordering the dispatch of goods produced by Ossmet to the address indicated by you, the Administrator will provide your personal data necessary for the dispatch to an entity professionally providing postal or courier services.
5. Other than to the extent indicated above, the Administrator shall not transfer your personal data to third parties who are not its employees, contractors involved in the provision of the services you have requested or who provide accounting services to the Administrator.
6. Your data will be processed by OSSMET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością EMJ Sp. k with its registered office in Kobylnica, ul. Dąbrówki 1, NIP: 7773235134 , KRS 0000599302, cooperating with OSSMET Sp. z o. o. Sp. k on the basis of a permanent cooperation agreement.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the period of production of the goods ordered until they are delivered to you or sent to you in the manner indicated by you by the Administrator, and thereafter until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from sales or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. Notwithstanding the above, data necessary for accounting purposes will be kept for the period resulting from tax regulations.
8. At the same time, we inform you of your rights:

• the right to access the content of your data
• the right to rectify them,
• the right to erasure (to be forgotten), to restriction of processing,
• the right to data portability,
• the right to object to the processing of your data where you consider that your consent has not been given
• the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if the processing of personal data is considered to breach the provisions of the RODO
